Isn’t it annoying when you can’t find someone’s personal website?

I didn’t want that to be the case for me. So, here is a little about me and some of the past creative work I’ve done.

Who are you in less than 10 seconds?

Currently, I’m the director of video marketing at a company called Nextiva. It’s a great place, you should check it out.

Most notably though, I’m a proud husband, father of three wonderful kids, and battle-tested storyteller.

How did you get your kids to behave so well for the photo?

We bribed them.

Alright, what else is worth knowing?

Well, video has been a decently big chunk of my life. I started with making videos on my parents’ Hi-8 camera as a young kid, got my friends into it in high school, and ultimately got my BFA from a film school out in California. Since then, I’ve written, directed, produced, and pulled just about every job on set for both narrative and commercial videos. Check out some of my prouder work here.

Also, I love marketing. It’s a rich playground for stories to be created and shared with an audience who will quickly tell you if you’ve earned their attention or were scrolled along without further thought. Engaging that audience with the right messaging, the right creative, the right calls to action, and all at the right time is a dance I thoroughly enjoy choreographing.

Lastly, that “battle-tested storyteller” part from earlier wasn’t just a cute line. I’ve told countless stories under insane deadlines with shockingly impressive results. Whether it’s filming, writing, presenting, photographing, graphically designing, and most other creative, digital forms of human expression, I’ve likely done it. If you’re in need of a storyteller, look no further.
