Clarity before complexity
Most problems do not need more motion. They need someone to name what matters, what does not, and who owns the next move.
Call Me T
People first. High standards, held with care. Strategy that turns into real work across brand, client experience, partnerships, and the details that earn trust.

Identity
Currently, I am working with my dad in the business he started over 40 years ago, Calvis Wyant. It is an exceptional place, you should check it out.
Most notably though, I am a proud husband, father of three amazing kids, and a battle-tested builder.
That "battle-tested" part is not just a cute line. I have built countless creations under insane deadlines with shockingly impressive results. The medium has changed, the tools have differed, but the love of creating something meaningful for others has stayed the same.
Now
Right now, my primary focus is helping build the future of Calvis Wyant: a sharper brand, a more intentional client experience, and strong leadership in exceptional luxury living.
We design+build luxury custom homes. With our in-house Realtors, design+build, home management, and renovations teams, your experience with Calvis Wyant is built for your entire homeowning journey.
The work extends through partners and initiatives that share the same bar for quality, care, and execution. See our portfolio of custom homes here.

What I am
Film, technology, team leadership, luxury homes. The setting has changed, but the pattern has not: see the potential, name what matters, and build with amazing people who care enough to get it right.
Today, that work centers on Calvis Wyant: raising the bar for client experience and building partner rhythms that make quality easier to repeat.
How I work
I like small teams with clear thinking, fast learning, honest communication, and enough care to keep the details from slipping.
Most problems do not need more motion. They need someone to name what matters, what does not, and who owns the next move.
Transparency is crucial in every conversation. Keep problems small, ownership clear, and outcomes prioritized.
Good work gets stronger when people know what they own, why it matters, and what follow-through looks like.
Move with urgency, learn in the open, and keep the standard strong enough to hold up after the rush is over.
Connect
If you care about trust, taste, and making things better, we will probably have a good conversation.
